In walmart an assistant manager that does a meeting has to do a cheer all the time and during the meeting there is a very embarrassing move the assistants HAVE to do. called THE SQUIGLY

You are absolutely right, I have seen some of the best workers get fired, and some of the best and longest assets to the company get tossed aside. And walmart is big brother they are always watching.

Wow.  I hate companies that make their employees do cheers. It's so demeaning and very UNmotivating to me. I'd probably give him the finger and walk out. I've been in company cheer meetings before and I hate them. I always felt like it was hazing.

I worked there for 2 1/2 years on night shift we only did it when the store mgr or some big wig was visiting. It's just a waste of time and it doesn't do what it was meant to do. Almost all employees make fun of it.

man, i work for Walmart and we have to do this stupid cheer everynight. Last night, just like most nights, customers were laughing their asses off.

@kelii2010 well if i could show u my work history or if u worked with me u would see that im always on time for work and always do more than my share. how do u think the walmart i worked at was able to get anything done. as i said in original post i started with 11 workers on my team and management kept cutting workers but not replacing them. i was part of the reason this happened; companies like walmart take advantage of hard workers like me and expect us to do work of three people.
