I know what you mean by playing something that has already been done. Same goes for guitarists, especially. Anyhow, this song has to be played all along and hopefully forever even without any unique aspects, you know... it's bloody tears! I enjoyed it anyways...

awesome <3 i love you!!! xD
Great playing, but I can't help but to ask why? I also record myself playing piano, but only songs I have searched and can find no other iteration of on youtube (or of the same style). What's the point of recording something that has already been done many times (and with someone else arrangement) without adding unique aspects to style or arrangement?

@LedgerLines Thanks for the comment.
I've actually gotten alot out of recording and posting videos online. I don't perform in rl (if you will) so practice gets a bit spotty. Knowing a song will be posted online forced me to work my tail off to play a song as best I could. With this song in particular, it was some of the most intense practice since I took piano lessons years ago.
Also, I either begged and pleaded or searched the net twice over for all of these sheets and by posting...

... I have in turn received several requests for sheet music, which in most cases I'm happy to oblige, just to show gratitude for someone having shared their sheets with me. Paying it forward, you know? For this song alone I have received over 300 requests. There are more reasons I'm sure. But those are two that come to mind right now. :)

@vvreno Cool, I can respect that. most people would start a flame war with me, but I'm glad to finally meet another sensible person on YT. And If you want a real challenge try Moonlight Sonata, mvt. 3. I consider that one of the most intense, technical pieces on piano.

@LedgerLines
I love Moonlight Sonata! The third mvts are always a nightmare. I can play the 1st, but everyone can. I actually prefer mvt 3 of the Appassionata. That is probably my favorite of the three great sonatas. You should check it out. :)
