Final Fantasy V - The Decisive Battle fun

I finally did a remake of Final Fantasy V's Decisive Battle. I've been meaning to for the past..oh..I don't know, 10 years.

However, anyone can do a remake of a song. I decided to..experiment.

Wow, finally another video from TSSF. It's fantastic! You used different sample from various series from Squaresoft (Square-Enix) games for 1 song. It's awesome! Great job, I love listening to it, thanks for sharing! :D

You, my friend, are brilliant. Not only do you have the talent to do this sort of thing, you have the creativity to pull something like this off. I've been with Square since the FFI days, so you can imagine the immense nostalgic feel recalling each "era" of FF music.

The Chrono Trigger style is obviously a plus. Mitsuda was brilliant in his composition. Speaking of, loved the CT:R Pride and Glory. Can't stop listening to it.

Would love to see one of these for Battle at Big Bridge.

@8bitbubsy you should go to mirsoft.info and download the final fantasy 6 pack. my old file (ff3mtf.it) is there. go ahead and take a look at it and see if it doesn't help. i never quite got it where i wanted before i lost interest. the effects are all off. your version sounds very accurate. i could never find the right samples for the scratch and the scale down.
