@TPQ1980 Only if they want to Sir! They could live with friends or family dude while they save. Other then that I don't know maybe a camper van or some thing. If they can afford rent then they can afford a mortgage as its often cheaper weekly and in long term. Depending on the property and location of course. Cant stand corrupt bankers or any form of corruption dude so your right on that part agree!!

@MrNativeDancer Except when fat cat bankers gamble with money they don't have. People need a place to live and to own property you need a mortgage. Are you seriously suggesting that people should save up for a house? Where do they live in the mean-time? If they rent, the average person will never save enough.

@Brady2k10 Recessions are actually a very good thing. It teaches people to be less wasteful and become more resourceful. They happen when Countries start to become to wasteful and spend as if there is no tomorrow. If every body lived by there means then there would never be a recession.
