I've always heard a connection between "Me and Sarah Jane" and "Man on the Corner". Both start with similar drum machine patterns with "Sarah Jane" featuring the lyric, "And now I'm standing on the corner..." I've wondered about that.

I agree that "abstract" is an apt way to describe "Abacab." Even "Me and Sarah Jane" and "Dodo," the longer/best tracks are, sort of, eccentric patchworks.

@SongSwan I agree! There's a song on there called "Charm" which is absolutely Beautiful!! The Fugitive LP is well worth owning.
Best track on ABACAB: "Me and Sarah Jane"
Yet it's never mentioned here?

Who Dunnit is crap and should have been binned and Submarine, Paperlate or You Might Recall used instead!
