I have a difficult time telling Kate Bush's speaking voice from that of Janine Duvitski (Jane in "Waiting for God") - that was my thought the first time I saw this video.

The channel is either the BBC or ITV. I think it's the BBC, I recognise the voices of the announcers. The date is obvious, duh. I travelled on that damn ferry a week or so before it sunk.
