I have read the things Columbusfire14 wrote. I am not even a firefighter and I am sick to see that you would write something that horrible about the New York City Fire Department. They really have had a hard 7 years and you mock them having openings by saying you could take there place with one leg? I am a citizen, my brother in-law works at this station here in San Fran. I just happen to read this and it made me sick! nice reflection on Columbus Fire Department. Your Chief should see this Shit.

Did they only use this color scheme for a short period of time? Newer videos of Engine 1 seem to show it having the normal modern SFFD color scheme and engine design.

it is a great colour, but i think it was only done on a few new appliances to celebrate 100 yrs of something. ( i cann't remember exactly what now)
