Doing L-sits will give your abs a great shock and it's a good way to work out your abs. It is a skill that is often used by gymnasts and it shows your overall strenght and flexibility.
This is one of my first tutorials on skills, but there will come more of these soon. Including: one armed push ups, V-sits and others!

  • @999rahim Yes, well, I prefer to call it a nutrition plan as I don't need a health related diet.

  • @jlvi13 oh xD

  • @davmeva Maybe it's more of a bad warm up issue. Don't lock out your elbows too much!

  • @jlvi13 Hi, great channel and really good instructions. I've been practidsing the L sit hoping to move onto the V sit, I can now hold an L sit for almost 10 seconds. The problem is I get a really bad pain in my elbow. Is this a technique issue or flexibility?
