Boteach is a liar!
1993 would have been the best time for Michael to have a Rabbi back him up.
PRIVATE sessions spread over 10 MONTHS for writing a book??
Sounds more like therapy sessions to me.
Clearly these talks were private and confidential, such tapes must be subject to doctor-patient privileges and should never have been released.
Boteach timed this after his death so Michael cannot speak for himself.

CNN's Larry King interviews Rabbi Boteach who, after Michael Jackson's death, is writing a book and making public much of what Michael talked to him about on tape several years ago. Does Boteach and Arnold Klein know each other? Boteach avoided the question of whether he knows any of the doctors who had prescribed dangerous drugs to Michael. Is Boteach doing what a number of members of his ethnic group did when Michael was alive and after he was killed? Is he using Michael as a money machine to wildly enrich himself? Is this just smooth talking on his part while he laughs all the way to the bank? Should people even buy his book?

What's the motive of Boteach and others who are now coming out with these private conversations, but it is amazing how none of these people did so before Michael died. Whether or not these would have had an affect on Michael's exoneration, I can only imagine what it would have done for him personally for these people to speak up before he died. I feel that I can relate to the sufferings of this world. Being exposed and have people to think the worst has to be the worst thing in the world.

I'm tired of media mud slinging Michael's name by twisting the content of the tape and the book. Damage has been done by this Rabbi. Don't buy this book and give your money to this Rabbi. You can read it at bookstore, but don't buy it. He is feeding off Michael. There is no proof that Mike wants this to be heard other than the words of the Rabbi.

I believe micheal wanted this taped for his own records and the Rabbi make a secret copy. MJ was a very smart man I don't think he intended this to come out like this. He would of made a contract im sure. MJ is not even down as a co-author and Im sure he would've wanted some of the proceeds to go to his charities not the rabbis pockets. There are negative comments about Mj. If he wanted this book to be about him I don't think would've agreed to some of the Rabbi's negative comments.

Have any of u read the book? Seems like everyone is quick to judge but I for one like the way Boteach portrayed Michael. It's very different from how Bashir made him look so stop comparing. Yes Boteach might be after money but I as an MJ fan wanted to know him better and this book was a good opportunity to do it.

Michael at this point did not trust shmuley, or anyone, he also knew it was NO time to release a book seeking understanding from the public, nor did MJ want to expose himself so that what he said in these tapes might be twisted around & used against him in court. The relationship with the Rabbi dissolved for other reasons, and no future plans to complete the book were made. Instead Michael went to the media making a deal with Bashir for "Living with Michael" A huge Mistake! FUCK YOU M. Bashir!

Boteach clearly states he FIRST met MJ in 2000. They planned to publish the book in 2003 hoping to regain public trust by answering questions about his true feelings as well as the 93 court-case itself. But the new accusations came out & half the world did not care to sympathize with Mike after the 2nd case. plz continue reading ....
