I was based in Oz couple years back and worked alongside artists in Melbourne. Too many artists were worried more about making money than making music, arguing about rapping with an Oz accent rather than worrying about producing quality rhymes. All the djs including Peril played top 20 chart music or obscure 90s hip hop the crowd did not know. After relocating to Miami - made me realise how much the whole Oz scene needed to mature ...
