@HKHK7 its underated because it was his first LP only released in the UK. Elton John was his first US release. Many of these songs he had created starting back in '65 and sooner even. Same goes for his Elton John album. :)

I love this song; I love this album. At this time Elton concentrated just on the music and didn´t give a damn if it would be a commercial success. He just sang and played what he wanted. A completeley underrated album.

Yeah - Empty sky is a somewhat underappreciated album. My two favourite songs from it are this, and Skyline Pigeon.
