@FightOn4Evr mr125321 is very uneducated but what I think he is trying to say is that in the Olympics they run way faster then this and he claims the young sprinter won't be good enough and "will work at Hershey factory."

World record in the Olympics? There's a world record and an olympic record, currently they're not the same, so saying "world record in the Olympics" doesn't make sense. And no one has ever gotten close to 9.2 in the 100m dash.
Both the Olympic and World Record are held by Usain Bolt, the Olympic Record is 9.69 set at the 2008 Olympic games in Beijing. The World Record is 9.58 set at the 2009 IAAF World Championships in Berlin.
