Here's a video of the evening Fireworks Show at the 1984 New Orleans World's Fair taken November 8, 1984. I found out later that night my niece Dana was born during the recording of this video. Video taken with a 1983 RCA portable VCR and video camera

Yea man that's great. Wish I was born a couple of years earlier to have appreciated this thing. I've seen the pics on wiki and there are pretty amazing.

I was there. I even rode the gondola lift that took you high up across one side of the mississippi river to the other side. It was unreal. Even have pics. lol
Wikipedia has a photo up(not mine) of it. Just type in "Mississippi Aerial River Transit" in Wiki's search engine. Great pic!
