The case is clear:
No money from Ukraine - no gas for Ukraine. What's wrong with that? It's a common sence.
But all this problem is rised by Ukraine.
Their system have 2 types of pipelines -
for inside using,
and for TRANSIT.
TRANSIT country must TRANSPORTING gas, NO MATTER of problems with payments for inside gas.
Gazprom payed transit for 5 next years!
But Ukraine just blocking transit pipeline and stealing gas, which was transported in Europe. That's why Europe freezed this winter.
