@Evanmonster1 More important than what other people say about your chakras, is what you can sense and intuit. This guided meditation helps you to understand your chakras as a direct experience.
Often we confuse ourselves by reading books by unknown authors who tell us things that we are expected to accept as truth on blind faith.
We need to be more intelligent and look at our own experience for our answers. True knowledge comes from self-examination and personal experience.

@Evanmonster1 Every chakra is connected. Teachings that say that chakras are closed, turned off, disconnected, etc are not accurate.
Saying a chakra is disconnected is like saying that your liver is not attached. Saying a chakra is closed is like saying your liver is not turned on.
This is simply not an accurate way to talk about chakras. Chakras can be blocked or functioning weakly, just a like an organ can be clogged up with toxins or functioning weaking.
When you live out in the world do you continously direct your attention within your chakras and walk and talk from there? After meditating within my chakras I journey out into the psychical world never forgetting about my energy within but sometimes I can become distracted- I am coming to realize maybe I should avoid specific locations that may have crowded chaotic energy. I have not yet learned to surrender when being in such environments

@OmmmYogi I do not direct my attention into my chakras individually. Rather I experience myself as a field of awareness - much like being the entire auric field, although with no defined boundaries. Sometimes I feel huge other times I feel like a typical aura size. Within this field are the chakras and emotional body, the physical body and also the mental body (which has it's own texture/quality of energy experience).

@OmmmYogi I stay as the awareness that includes my body and the 3 dimensions within it.
At times I will feel different energies, different chakras, different body parts, different mental vibrations, etc become more active. I just stay as the awareness and do not resist the no moment by trying to control my energetic responses.
As I stay in awareness there is the experience of a deep blissful Love that is not in any way dependent upon the 3 dimensions of the human being.

@OmmmYogi The Love always exists regardless of which environment I am in or which chakras are communicating more actively.
Understand that you are the awareness and blissful Love which is greater than the human system. The chakras, mind, and body are not 'you' but rather within you as the temporary forever changing experience of 'life on Earth'. The human system is constantly in communication with everything. Live in Love, stay 'awake' in consciousness and be at peace. Namaste.

@OmmmYogi Remember the beginning of this Chakra Meditation video which says to stay in awareness and not try to control the chakras. This is important.
As you stay in awareness you will free your identificaiton with the chakras and therefore the chakras will align themselves with the greater Divine Love and peace that you are. The alignment will happen effortlessly as you stay in Love and peace.

hey this is beautiful and very helpful and i don't mean to be a dick but isn't it meant to be pronounced chakra and/or chokra, people who speak sanskrit are usually pretty firm about that as a mispronunciation?

@rondoliomercutio India has over a dozen language groups and dialects. Tom-A-toe / to-ma-toe.... regardless of how we pronounce the word, the red watery fruit is unchanged.
p.s. Yes a tomato is a fruit.... :o)
