Having an issue, i recorded my song, drums/guitars and all, sounds great, but once its exported as an mp3 the overall sound volume decreases. help appreciated. (Tried adjusting master and track volume already.)

@robo23yobo It's called English, in case you didn't know...

@toothydip you can use it for recording, just make sure that you go into system preferences and change it so that it says use audio port for sound input instead of sound output (headphones)

@robo23yobo Alright, I'll go back in time a few years and do that for you.

Is the head phones jack on a MacBook Pro also the input?

@ihatenjoi Yeah to save space on the 13" they combined them into one. If you need to use both input and output at once you'd have to buy an 2-to-1 adapter but you should be fine for following this video.

could i just play like i normally do(with a pedal and stuff) and with this method just pass it to my computer?

@danielpb10 Anything that would normally come out of the amp will go to the computer.
