@moschino1955 Which resulted in a championship for Real Madrid, because now they had the great Laudrup! :) I really don't think anyone can argue about his impact on the teams he played for. First he goes on to win 4 championships in a row with barca, and then when he switched to Real, they won the Championship :) So I'd say it was a pretty bad call by cruyff....

Cruyff one of the smartest footballers to ever play. he could win a game using just his mind. he didnt need skills or speed to win matches. All he needed was that intelligent brain of his. Laudrup could unlock defenses as easy as a key can open a door with one pass. people have to realize that players are recognized for what they do best not what someone else does best. stop comparing and enjoy the football. isnt that what football's about? pure happiness, enjoyment, and admiration for the game

Laudrup was a great player. But Cruyff was MILES better, he is legit one of the top 5 of all time.

I think Laudrup's quiet personality really shines through in this clip. Players with a bit more temper would probably start yelling at Cruyff. Laudrup is just like "Okay he didn't hand the ball to me, now let's continue with the game."
