  • ILoveJenni47, thanks so much for your up-loading this song 'cause when I was young, elder sister & brother all listening to this song and/or English songs so when I grow up, I 'd survived for the good old days and good old songs...seem like..."Yesterday when I was young"... until now. It's my life.(I'm THAI)

  • @panunicky You're welcome!

  • This is one of my all time favorite songs. If you turn some of Sandy's photos upside down, you can see how she looks when she smiles.

  • I love your wry observations. Great to read your comments again, keep them coming!

  • how sweet is that

  • sandy posey what a great voice

  • @odovicor i loved this song but after the Beatles hit i forgot all about these kinds of songs but what memories i have about that time in my life.two bad we can only live once.

  • @macvatu .....no you got that spot on !!

  • Sandy Posey is a perfect example of the mood of the 50s and 60s, that relaxed style of delivery which we all enjoy. See the panel on the Right - they're all there, Paul Anka, Connie Francis, Brenda Lee, Marianne Faithful etc etc. Today of course the mood is totally different, all those electronics and digitals, the wailing and singing guitars, and half the time you can't understand the words they're singing, Is it my old age?...I dunno !!

  • I never heard of this song until I heard it on verizon yesterday...I like it! She had a great voice and it was catchy song.

  • fab song the words mean alot to alot of women xx

  • 60s cosmo-country perfection! Listen to that lovely voice, those vulnerable lyrics that capture an urban truth, and that hard driving beat that builds to just the right finale.

Sandy got the cross-genre exactly right with this song,

  • brings me back to when my grand dad use to give me a hinding for not listening to him hahaha love u pop

  • I was nine years old when this song came out. Even then I had a white hot passion for music, mostly pop, and it has remained with me through the years. This may have been my first "favorite all-time song", a category that requires loving something for years upon years. Still love the song. Thanks for the upload.

  • Remembering my child time :D thanks for uploading

  • was a great song used to listen to it so many times when I was a teenager !

  • Wow, she's every bit as good as she was in '66. Absolutely fantastic.

  • omg, this takes me back to the 70s when i used to babysit with a friend, we only had a record player that played records and this was the only record we had to play ..... so we repeated it again and again... how sad was that....still nice to go down memory lane.....they really were good times though....how did we cope back then without youtubeeeee x

  • Another great song from the 60's I had forgotten all about.

  • I've had the lyrics printed, framed and hung on my wall for a little over 10 years now.

  • i have always enjoyed her music .... any chance you have her "caution to the wind" song?? can't find it anywhere on youtube. thank you.

  • that is nice, it brings back memories!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I wrote a answer song called Single Boy. It goes:I m asingle boy, all alone in a couples world, nobody blows me cause nobody knows me, I m a single boy all alone and awful blue" nobody had the guts to record it
