Ferris Haunt Intro 2011

This is the narrated introduction to my haunt for 2011. Guests would enter the first room and hear the back story before entering the rest of the haunt. I wrote and narrated this myself. I turned down the pitch on my voice using Audacity. The show is driven by an EFX-TEK Prop-1 as the main controller, FC-4 for flickering and dimming lights, and AP-16+ for the audio. I'm happy to share more technical info about this, including the code used if you're interested.

The pops at the end were provided by an e-firecracker, which was a great startle scare to get the haunt kicked off. Lots of screams from that one.

Next year I plan to do something similar, but to incorporate triggered video and other scare effects during the intro.
