This is Hank Beebe's triumphant "Go Out With Joy!" performed by the entire Groton Community 2007 Christmas Chorus as the final song of "All Creation Sings". And since this one was actually from the final rehearsal, you get to hear Edie's most candid comment at the very end about how well we sang it — not something you'd ever hear a director say during a real performance.
Damn! Can these critics hear the joy in the performance????? It's sweet and uplifting . . . those other things don't matter too much!!!
Lighten up!!!!

not to mention the teacher is bent over like the hunch back of notre dame...she needs a music stand, and the choir needs to stand...not good technique, but inforces bad ones.

I just know how they are singing this from a sitting position...you can hear the lack of support in thier parts.

I've never heard it sung with this melody before, but by the end of it, I was laughing, crying, clapping and shouting!

I've never heard it sung this slow before. My church sings it really upbeat.

its much more fun at school singing getting faster until you are practically shouting and stumbling to get your words out. its a much worse sound but much more fun
