The box push up is an easier variation of the standard push up, as your reducing the weight load on your upper body, by placing your knees on the ground. Aim to progress from this movement to the three quarter push up position, once you can perfrom at least 15+ reps. Model - Jacqui Macquisten National Octathalon Champion.
