Madeline Alice Spohr was born on 11/11/2007 at 29 weeks. She survived the odds and live a beautiful 17 months. Anyone who knew her (even if only through her mother's blog) adored her. Maddie passed away on 04/07/2009 due to prematurity related issues. We love her. This project was set up by bloggers all around the US to release purple balloons (March of Dimes color) into the sky for Maddie.
