  • WOW MAN, you put that corn under there so he clips his antlers of the trunk so his antlers a basicly pulled off??????/because let me tell you, i found a single antler beside a wired fence, does that mean that he struglled in the wire and his antler was forced off?, there was also alot of feathers beside the spot, do deer eat birds????

  • No, a deer won't eat a bird. Deer are browsers by nature. Probably just a coincidence. Unlikely that the deer was stuck in the fence. He probably jumped the fence at that very spot and his antler just fell off. Fence rows are great spots to look for sheds. Anywhere that a deer has to jump a fence or cross a creek are good places to start your search when shed hunting. Thanks for watching!

  • i got a greate thip i wanted to send it by the web site but something went wrong so im telling it here. ok the idea is to put out corn where the shot will be perfect but it woulxd be better if you set this up with another person one will tell where the shot will be perfect and the other will put it there :) hope it helped........

  • Sounds like you want to set someone up in a tree stand who can see the surrounding trails. We do that when we hang our stands too. Someone will climb up in a new stand and we clear shooting lanes, and even throw a little corn down before season starts. That way you can set up a trail camera and see what is in your area.

  • It works! We've been doing it for years, and its an awesome feeling to walk up to your corn pile and see an antler or 2 under the log. We'll have more tips later, thanks for watching.

  • lmao @ do deer eat birds

  • Its illegal to feed them during season. As far as the off season, you can feed till your hearts content. Feeding is usually legal when conditions for deer are rough/scarce. Feeding also promotes spreading of diseases from one to the others, threatening the heards.

  • That Is a great idea. Putting the corn under the log. There are a lot of down trees this year. I'll try it.

    watch?v=sQOQdBLHrLk

  • @Paitro202 actually there is only one species of deer that will eat birds, and that is the red stag of ice land, when deer get low on iron, it happens to be the season for baby birds to be hatched, so the deer will actually eat the birds to gain nutrients that they wouldnt be able to find in the baren enviorment

  • thats not 2 min. it was 1 min. 58 sec.

  • Man this is awesome! Only problem is in New York it is illeagal to feed wild deer at ANY time of the year !
