Mike Pence for being one of the few Republicans willing to stand up to "pseudo-socialist President George W. Bush."

AGAIN, Obama's birth certificate has been made public and it clearly states that he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. I don't know how many of these conservatives can actually read, but I can assure them that that is what it says.
