i think partents nowadays are too soft, i work at a school, if that was my kid i would have grabed him by his throat so the little shit wouldn't carry on laughing, i know that sound hard but it couts for the fact that he pointed a knife to another child

The Mother has never instilled any discipline. If she had, her son would not be acting the way he did. That spanking was probably a first and done just for the camera!
