  • I second triplehelix's comments. I cut out soft drinks altogether for fruit juices. If you're going to drink water, I find some lime juice gives it a nice flavour. I don't use fake sweeteners, but honey instead of those or sugar. Pop really adds a lot of calories.

  • That's not much really... I've heard of people drinking that much a DAY...

  • 2-6 liters per week? Every week? I've never heard of someone drinking so much soda.

  • Maybe if you actually PICTURE the so-called "crap" that you're eating AS Actual CRAP... I know... easier said than done. :(

  • Cutting out Pepsi Max won't make any difference. It's zero calorie, you body can't extract any energy from it, period. Don't blame the Max - I live on the stuff :-)

  • He's not gunna give up, but he's slaking... We need to find some kind of prize at the end I think if he makes it...

  • Fruit juices are also loaded with sugar. Don't replace one kind of sugar with another. It won't help. Water is the best choice. For flavor I add a lemon slice. You can also drink tea. And not the store bought sugar added stuff. Steep your own tea is best. We have faith in you Sharpy! Don't give up!
