Shingo Inao (sensor instrument Tosso)
nohastok is a performance for original sensor instrument Tosso.

Tosso has 6 guitar strings which have several length and a tilt sensor with its body. Player can transform his moving into sound effect of computer (Max/MSP) through microfone which sets on Tosso.

This piece is a composed improvisation.It has certain structure, but player can decide always when the next part is started by pushing switch which is built in rear of the instrument.

This performance was given on 10th, January 2008 at concert of SeaM, Music College Franz Liszt Weimar, Germany.

Tosso is designed and built by Shingo Inao
and computer program is developed by Chikashi Miyama.
