he do not know how to teach us

what a fucking idiot, at 2:04, he says, "There's a new thing out called HMI... It uses fluorescent tubes" That could not be any more wrong. Firstly, HMI's are not new, the HMI concept was created by popular globe manufacturer, Osram in the late 1960's and they have been used in Film and TV for well over 30 years now.
Secondly, he says HMI's use Fluorescent tubes... Obviously he has never used one. HMI's and Fluro's are totally different lights, at least he got the color temperature right.

He may be a gret photographer but at conveying useful information in an interesting way on video, he's got a lot to learn. He tells us early on to balance light source and film, but mentions only one type of film. None of the light sources are seen in operation, and we don't see any pictures showing the effect of using them. Exceot for wavinbg the lamps at us, he may as well have done the talk on the radio. Never mind the amateur "we should start again" bit.
