I've seen alot of used Toshiba being sold, I'm guessing there not that good of a laptop. I don't understand why Toshiba would put out so much product and not even care about the quality performance. If they keep doing this type of business, the consumer would never buy their product again. Toshiba is gonna have to file bankrupt.

yeah,, I use toshiba laptop. the moniter connection was broken. and screen sometimes turns black blue yellow pure color and does not work .

im using this device, the dvd rom, stopped writing CDs and DVDs two months aftr purchase. the screen showed a line aftr 7 mnths. and the charger stopped working aftr 9 months. but aftr claiming th warranty, its working fine now. there r warranty increasing packages also, increase it for 1 year or 2 years

i brought this computer is just big pain the touch pad heats up . the wireless card wont connect to a network 4 meters away i should have stayed with dell Toshiba is crap including its customer service.

Hi! In my office I use Satellite U400 and Vista x64 and Im very very satisfied with it. The notebook is really great, its fast, small and I can work a long time on battery. Furthermore the design is great. I dont have problems with the screen or service. The screen is great and the service works fast. :)
