Ride at the lake. 1st try of video taping on a PWC. Filmed by a 10 yr old Kelly. Clips from various spots on the lake. From idle to wide open, as fast as the mighty Wave Runer III would go. Rescued from impending rot,I purchased it for $50.00. The WRIII had a hole in its hull the size of a clipboard, and was missing a few parts. I fixed it, replaced its stolen parts and bombed around the lake for about 5 years. I sold it to get my GP. As far as I know its still up on lake Lanier. Looking back, its nice when the lake is full. These days it has not been full much, though 2008 was a good year.

  • do u happen 2 no how fast it goes

  • maybe about 35mph

  • hi jrmx250, my question may sound stupid.. but just out of curiosity.. how far on average can a jet ski travel?

  • Well, good question. I don't know it in Miles. But if your familiar with Lake Allatoona, I can go from Tanyard Creek, or Blockhous, to Little River Bar and Grill, and Back on a tank of gas, on all 3 of the Ski's I've owned, and they're 2 strokes. The new 4 strokes will go that twice, unless they're Supercharged. Search Google Earth for Lake Allatoona in North Ga.

  • Who is recording looking back? Do you have someone facing backwards? Spring is 69 days away...lol

  • yes, 10 yr old Kelly

  • Good afternoon. I would love to consult the following: I have a model 97 and Waverunner III one of these days I pulled the hose on ground water but when I try to accelerate it cuts the throttle. This is normal as security to avoid damaging the turbine or be a defect in the carburetor? Thanks

  • wow... so i assume that is about 80-90km for a full tank of gas for a 2 stroke... and 4 stroke will be around 160-180km?

thought of getting one too... but not sure about the expenses for maintaining a jet ski... is it costly?

  • gotta get one !

  • tooo cooool !!!!
