I wonder how people ended up taping prevue guide. By accident? Were you taping something else and you forgot and switched to it? I wouldn't have thought to tape it intentionally, unless I KNEW it was going away- for this very reason the nostalgia value.

I have an earworm like that since I listened to that; I was humming that in private for years trying to look for the names of the song and it's artist. I wish there's an MP3 version of this beautiful song.

Yep, the boring Sunday afternoons of putting on the PG to pass the time. Though the description of "cable barely alive" is a pretty incorrect; cable in-home began in the 70s and by the point of this vid (trailers would indicate Nov. 1991) it was a booming giant.

@elkinsinbox they were using Amiga or Dos at the time. Prevue used Commodore Amiga (I'm unsure of what kickstart version)..

I miss Prevue Guide. Well, the old one before TV Guide bought out Prevue Networks.
I thought that I was the only one who used to tape Prevue Guide here and there. I have some on VHS but I don't know how to put it on the internet. Thank you for posting. Lobg Live Prevue Guide..LOL.
