It is the buddhi, the intelligence that looks into and see the true nature of the mind, which is emptiness, not ego. That which chooses, is convinced or not, is this buddhi. The buddhi alone makes this choice (apparently) to come to rest within its own heart and source, and know emptiness, not as an insight but as its most sensitive and intimate reality. We need not ignore the mind. Let it be experienced within the integral reality of this empty heart. Let us not set up unecessary dualities.

Sometimes emotional detatchement is the only way to understand what the Ego truely is. To question your feelings, wether those feelings are caused by emotional influence or by you consious awareness of the infinate self. The Infinate self comes into the expance of nothingness, it becomes aware of its presence in the nothingness and recreates itself. The nothingness is space without formations of creation. The connection to the First Consiousness resides inside the stillness of the mind.

I am happiest when i forget myself - it's rare. And then i'm stuck back in mind and it can be like being in prison. I often think fear and phobias are minds way of reinforcing its own reality because when we're anxious and afraid, the ego is king.
I often try to become the things i'm looking at - trees, clouds, birds, and it helps me to detach from the ego.

The mind - i.e. the ego - is an illusion and the substance of that illusion is thought and the vehicle of thought is language and for millennia the human race was caught up in that chimera - but now it's all changing. There is evidence of it everywhere.

She is new to me but is one of the rare ones like Mooji, Burt Harding, Adyashanti, Sailor Bob, whom are all people who express this unifying energy. She gets to my heart that is how to tell.
