I attended the Academy in 97 and 98, and can't believe I'm going back for the second half of the program in a couple of weeks.

It was such a transforming experience then, and I am sure it will be again now.

In the first week, I've learned more to improve my images than in my entire BFA program! It's like NOTHING ELSE. This program will make you understand how to build better images, think more and be a better artist.

amazing, amazing program. The best, toughest and most challenging and enganging 7 weeks of my life... So much so, I'm attending again. The second time around even more so. I'm extremly excited for the next 6 weeks and the rest of my career and life as an artist.

It is a great program. It's only been about a week, but I've heard some great lectures and insightful critiques. I think I've already solved a couple of the problems present in my past work.

What this video is missing is the work environment. What I really enjoy about the academy is being able to go around and see see (and discuss) what my fellow students are doing for their projects; finding out about their unique ideas and problem solving processes.

It is even more fun and engaging then the video makes it appear. Best investment I've made in my career yet and it's only the beginning of week two!

As anyone who has been involved knows, this is an incredible program. My students have told me that after one week they felt it was worth the expense. Every one of them made unimaginable progress over the seven weeks. The attendees will most certainly be among the key illustrators driving up the quality of work in the near future.

I'm attending this amazing program right now. it really pushes you to go beyond your limits. It will kick your butt into shape and give you a very good idea about the professional industry. working with professional illustrators who have such high caliber and respect is a privilege that no one can pass up.
