  • @samsonbenson12 you can't go beyond your limit. Thats why it is called limit. However, the angle to focus on is that most people are weak and struggle at composing themselves at half their limit. When you walk down the road next time check how many people you see smoking within a certain distance and compare that number to how many people you see jogging within 5 times the distance you find the smokers.

    Because with youre knees down,its pretty easy to do a pushup,if you can call that a pushup...

  • @sirwhite1994 you will stop if you keep doing push ups. If you do let say 10-20 a day and start to gain more muscle, the cracking will stop. Try to go beyond your limit. That always helps.
