December 1st, 2009: Demonstration of two New Impulse Technologies UIS-48S fire extinguishing installations at a testing site of a large South American oil company.

A 1.5 meter deep pool filled with 1,000 liters of liquid gas was put on fire. Subsequently the UIS-48S installations fired two sequential batches of specially formulated extinguishing powder. Within 3 seconds the fire was fully extinguished. The remaining gas was still in the pool in liquid form.
