Hi, i have a question. I'm a Latino and my english when I speak i very bad. I don't know, I'm trying to make my English sound perfect but sometimes is just hard for me to pronounce.  No one has told me that my english pronunciation is bad but i really want to get better at it. HELP!! LOL

Possible, but Russian and English can be very tricky languages to learn as a 2nd with the other the 1st, so the average comment in "internet english" is probably overwhelming her.
