Is like Yatzee said on his review on Thief 3 "They dont even notice the place being a little less wealthy somehow".
Garret has a working mechanical eye, so, It woulnd surprise me if he somehow have one or two horadric cubes to carry all those things.

Where does Garrett leave all this stuff? By now he must have enough stuff on him to fill op two trucks. And those guards are the lasiest ever, they don't even notice half the museum being stolen.
