http://elasticwaist.com -- Our belle's sirloin selection will put a smile on your face, and her rustic romesco recipe just might make you drool on your keyboard.

Romesco is a classic Catalan sauce (Catalonia is the northeastern region of Spain) made from red peppers, tomatoes, almonds, olive oil and cayenne pepper. It’s fantastic with grilled meats. Here, I’ve done away with the food processor (who wants all that noise when you have guests or a hot date over to the apartment?!) and deconstructed the Spanish classic down to its most flavorful components. Remember, if you both eat the garlic and peppers, it’s okay!
