@Dnjcomputing yeah straight pipes are nice on some cars not on the 4.7l though on the 5.9l it sounds beast! lol but depends on what sound you want lol

a kid ino has a ol chevy stright piped and our mufflers give a nice rumble but the stright pipe sounds like the exhaust it is echoing tho the pipes

@mobsterbillyjoe I honestly didn't like this high crackling sound. If you want a nice loud sound but want legal get a super 44 flowmaster! its plenty loud on these 4.7l and it sounds great! i don't think you'd be much over 90 decibels either. Plus when you rev it a little bit it wont sound to loud you know? just beastly it sounds loud at WOT though! well loud enough!

@aaminjoshi91 sounds sweet. id do this, but in jersey, you need a muffler by law. im thinking of cutting off the muffler off my system now (i have a magnaflow performance exhaust) and putting an 18" glasspack. it would be loud as hell. but i need it to be under 90 sound decibles to pass inspection and to be legal :/

@tomcatdcn you think so? its not nearly deep enough for me lol maybe with a 3 inch pipe straight pack after the cat lol check out my vid with just the super 10 muffler. now thats a good loud sound! and thanks bro!

@aaminjoshi91 haha. well maybe not the BEST sound in the world, but I'm a huge Durango fan and I think it sounds pretty fuckin' sweet. I personally like the crackle

@tomcatdcn haha yeah, well people have a taste for different sounds lol i like it too sound deep rumbly not to crackling and loud gotta have loud! the super 10 was the best way to go for that.
