the problem is that sometimes teachers actually test students on topics that were barely covered in class (t happned to me in a few classes)...that was a bummer

pretty sure i just passed the exam i just sat, having known none of the content 15 hours before the exam. it's really about putting a lot of stuff into your brain that can be recalled (through mnemonics, associating stuff to interesting stuff) and then putting some into short term memory before you go in and writing everything down.

i haven't tried to rote learn anything for years, so this video, along with some lucky acquisition of notes might've just stopped me from failing a semester. :)

More than teach me anything new ... this has confirmed my study guideline to ensure im not completely and utterly losing my mind.

I have my second last final exam for university before i graduate tomorrow and the exam is on oil and gas law ..... screwed at the minute but an all nighter should sort that ....
