  • @peter47a the UltraNova is in fact up to 18 note polyphonic. Each patch is single Timbre, but you can of course play more then one note at a time.

  • which patch is he using at 0:42 ?

  • @asfbi check out novation's website. I quote: "Timbrality • Single Part", this is also called monotimbral.

I made a mistake and confused it with monophone, which it is not. Yep!

  • just ordered mine today. you guys rock!!

  • Supernova 2 is much better, and multitimbral, and has more knobs, not many people got rid of the Supernovas once they had bought them as the user interface was so intuitive, but i see so many of these on the 2nd hand market, because it promised so much,..... and theyre made cheaply in china. i cant see these or the roland gaia, fully working beyond 5 years, without some fault. Build quality is shoddy, much style and glitz, (but also sounding great), but not built to last.

  • Is this good for a synthcore band?

  • @mszostek123 Thats right except of one thiing: the Ultranova itself is an audio interface and can transmit audio over the usb connection.

  • @proaudiostar what headphones are you using?

  • 0:42 to 1:01 has the potential to be a decent house track, just get some snare in there.

  • @MrKnnknn Any links? Because I found this demo to be really lame. I want to make sure I buy the right thing, you know.
