This is not evolution there is a religion that already knew about this, its called Hinduism. not the one you know today but the original form of Hinduism. it its not about worshiping god but believing in energy. its kinda difficult to explain but it comes really close to the things you're saying.

I have never been happier since I started studying about all this energy system, I do feel much better and less attached to all things that I thought were imnportant before, it is as if i now know the truth and I feel really good about it.

I haven't read the book, but I will be getting it soon. My wife and son had me watch it, and we were all just in awe. I sincerely appreciate you posting this video. I'm really glad that you mentioned the Higher Self. That's a great sign that we're heading towards a spiritual awakening.
