i've been practising the handspring cartwheel mount! handspring into ext butterfly, forearm back arch, forearm split, brass monkey and split V. Just a short one to show how the handspring has progressed.
Oh yeah, i'm in my slippers cos its bloody cold in the barn!

  • ta, I wasn't feeling very strong, about 10 mins prior to recording this I fell off from a fair height and was feeling a bit sorry for myself! lol. I'll post a vid of it when my pride is less bruised as its quite funny!

  • lol, ive got some pretty good bloopers from my last practice ill post soon. Its rare that i mess up and even more rare i catch it on video.. so keep a look out!! Great job on the cartwheel mount, looking alot more confident and secure with it. I like the fore arm grip back arch thingy, ill have to try that one!! great video!
