The New X Control for PC app - Remote X32 Editor

The BEHRINGER XControl editor is a powerful tool for remotely controlling the BEHRINGER X32 digital mixing console functions, as well as off-line editing/show preparation. The XControl communicates via UDP/OSC protocol through the X32 Ethernet port. It facilitates control or the setting of almost all functions of the X32 console. Realtime level meters are shown for all audio channels, along with user-defined icons and names. The top left section, of the application, simulates the X32 console's main display, while the lower part represents the X32 channel fader sections. All elements closely mimic X32 operation, which allows for operational training sessions, even when no console is available for hands-on experience.

We want to use an X32 with Skype... we want to know if it's possible to create a "mix minus" (N-1) easily (like telephone insert on broadcast mixer) ???

A "mix minus" is useful to return to the guest (on skype or by phone) the final mix except their own feed.

Do you use crossed ethernet cable? If it's straight cable it won't connect.

Did you use both addresses from the same network?

X32 IP: 192.168.0.1

Comp IP: 192.168.0.2

im having trouble setting up the x32 to a laptop without a router...ive tried different ip addresses, but still not recognizing the x32...any ideas?
