I had this done about 8 years ago - it's been back for about half that time. On the other hand now. It's a nasty thing to have. Looking into the NA procedure.

PS. I had this procedure myself just over a week ago. Just waiting to have my stitches removed now. I haven't seen my 'new hand' yet as it's still heavily bandaged. Looking forward to raping and pillaging once more when I'm fully recovered!

My hands are once again dupytrenly formed sufficiently around the Viking oar of some fearsome Scandinavian longboat and the heavy hasp of Wodin and Friga's blade hell bent on cutting through sea and gristly flesh.

I had, precisely, this contractural un-stricture procedure operated upon both my hands with local anesthetic. I watched the open-handed goings on with fascination.
