This case bugs me a little... the husband clearly did it. Had more motive, and all the evidence pointed to him. What I don't get is why you can't charge them both. Him for being a creeper, and him for murder. Idk.

If Rooney was convicted of child rape, he wouldn't be allowed near schools, so him being there would be enough to break parole and get a conviction.
