- Both contestants must be over .13% BAC (1,3 per mil) before they can enter the ring.
- If a glass has a mark under it, contestants must fight.
- The winner is either determined in the ring or at the chess table. The one to checkmate or the one to knock his opponent out wins.
- Dying or passing out disqualifies the contestant.
