  • great vid.... now when I trace around the neck heel.. do I place the wood (template) on the line, inside the line, or out side the line???

  • Whenever you drill, rout or saw the neck pocket, you should try and make it smaller than what you'll need. So, the template should rest on the inside edge of the line. After you finish forming the pocket, you'll need to file and sand it and the neck heel in order for it to fit. KEEP IT TIGHT!
