  • this guy is not an idiot. he should have clipped and unclipped on the way down. he was throwing down his rope that got stuck half way. yes it was against the rules, yes it was a risk. but dont give him to hard a time he climbs scaffs everyday and his slip up here could be his first in weeks it doesn't mean you crucify the guy. anyone who works at height knows to follow the rules but when it's the end of the day and the rope is just there-well it's a lazy shorcut. a mistake but he's not the first

  • I watched this guy all the way up and down. That was weekend day. There was no rope stuck half way. That was simple show of.

  • Looks ok to me. He knows what he is doing you know!

  • Scaffolds are extremely dangerous if constructed badly or used incorrectly. Around 50 people die each year in the UK because of scaffolds that have collapsed and over 4,500 are injured due to faulty or defective scaffolds.

  • 50 deaths, 4,500 injured, thats nothing. Look up the figures for deaths & injured on the public roads. It puts 50 dead scafold workers in perspective. These are highly skilled, strong young men who are trained to take certain risks, as is the nature of their work. One has to experience danger to appreciate & learn from it, at least if you are a real man. The guy in the film ok tooks risks which to some may be shocking but this is his choice. Good luck to the guy.

  • There is no place for luck my friend. There is no place for risk. You CAN easy eliminate them by following best practice. You said 50 deaths is nothing !! SHOCK. Tell it to their relatives and friends. Tel them, they are dead because they werent clipped when the could. Stay safe my friend.
