I fastened a board across the bottom of the floor joists (in the ceiling), and drilled 2 holes in it. I then fed the all-thread rod that is in the bridge towers, through the holes and put a washer and nut on top. The towers are so close to the ceiling, that you have to really look to see the rods in the ceiling.
